Award winning rich, dark Fig Vincotto made by slowly reducing Hawkes Bay figs and grape 'must' over many hours. An intense fig flavour on the toungue with a long grassy green grape finish, uniquely both sweet and savoury- very natural flavours are maintained with a lovely figgy aroma.
Adds a richness as a dressing to salads, vegetables and shellfish, especially oysters. Rewarding to experiment with fish, pasta, cheeses, roasted vegetables and lamb.
